Rudrāni (Minu; spiritual name: Rudrāni) is a trained yoga teacher with over 1000 hours of teaching experience, and certification for advanced teaching from India and Canada (RYT500), she's currently undergoing training for IAYT800 Yoga Therapist.
She’s also a trained and certified psychotherapist (IPHM UK, Omega Institute – Dr. Brian Weiss, Quantum Life University), working in the field of trauma healing, regression, inner child work, and emotional freedom techniques that cater to a person’s holistic wellbeing.
She comes from the world of social development, having worked extensively in the areas of community uplifitment, youth development, livelihood and education in India and South East Asia. She has also worked in rehabilitating youth and communities from conflict ridden and disaster-hit areas.

The journey of healing is initiated by the person being healed and not by the healer. And the journey begins the moment you make up your mind, set an intention to heal. If you have set that courageous intention, it is enough for me to start our interaction. We will base all our work on one important adage: Our spirit is stronger and bigger than the sum total of all the suffering we have gone through. It is this wholesomeness we will try and regain. With me, you'll do so with a blend of yoga (yoga practice), yoga therapy, and psychotherapy.

I teach and practice traditional hatha yoga, focusing on asana, pranayama, meditation and yogic kriya. Yoga with me, while based on ancient Indian texts, is not and will not be a religious practice. It is a tool for anyone to connect to their highest balanced and full potential. Along with psychotherapy, yoga practices will be a space for you to reconnect with your healing, and find space to have that perculate into the rest of your life – mind, body, spirit. Yoga Therapy is therefore using yoga and its tools to address physical, mental, and emotional health.

Beginner Yoga Course: if you have not done yoga before, I recommend you start here.
Regular Yoga Class: four days a week, 75 minute classes. These include asana, pranayama.
Meditation Workshops: starting every Saturday, March 2023 onwards. One hour sessions.

Healing work is based on the premise that our mental, emotional and phsyical blocks stem from the trauma we carry. Trauma is not what happened to us, but how we responded to what happens to us. How we responded can range from having dealt with it well to carrying fears, shame, negation, developing self sabotaging beahaviour, engaging in self annihilating and depricatory talks, diseases. Therapy works in helping us reversing these paralyzing behaviour, and taking back the power that got invested in carrying around debilitating traums longer than strictly needed. Through healing, apart from directly addressing the issue that led you to seeking therapy, you will see that you are also able to affect change in other 'blocked' parts of your life.
What can healing help you with? Anything that keeps you awake at night, or is a nagging throught or constriction you want to get rid of. The many questions, contrictions and blocks people have found healing from are:
Why me? Why am I constantly suffering like this? One thing stops and the other begins.
Why did I attract such a fate?
Why do I have this specific strife / behaviour / pattern with my husband, wife, partner?
Where does my or child's ADD/ADHD/Obesity stem from? Can it be beyond body-deep?
Why am I locked in this cycle of addiction / suffesring / illness / fatigue / bad financial decisions?
Healing therapies help you explore where they come from, the impact they had on you, learn any lessons you may have to learn, and shake the rest off.
When you are ready to take up therapy, reach out me (learn how you can do that through the Contact Me page), and the first steps would look like this:
Pre-session / Clarity Call: This is call where you will tell me what you want addressed, what led you here. We will get to know each other a bit and see if we find resonance in our working together.
Session 1: We will through a questionnaire that you will fill before starting the work, we will start drawing up your trauma-gram, and identify areas to work on. We will do introductory / basic exercises to bring up the trauma (this is often repressed) cycles for redressal and resolutions. We will discuss timelines and my initial plan on how we can do this work.
Session 2: We will work on untying a trauma-knot from your body, mind, psyche using one of the various psycho-spiritual therapy modalities.
Session 3 onwards: session 3 onwards, the sessions will be at least three weeks apart so you find time to assimilate healing.
Between sessions: There will be small exerises to help assimilate the healing into your psyche between sessions.
The deeper we go, the freer, lighter and happier you will be.
I will be available as and when you need me, outside session timings.
The therapy sessions will be adequately spaced out, so you get a good chunk of time to assimilate and integrate the movements into your heart and psyche. This is important, as otherwise this work can mentally and physically demand a great deal from you. You will learn to listen to the integration happening within you, so you can reach out for the next session.
You may or may not be religious, but this work mandates that one needs to be spiritually receptive, accepting and respectful of this work and the expansive magical nature of the purest and the highest spirit within you.
